International charter flights
to Preveza arrive most days of the week
from many parts of Europe, from early May to late October. British
charter flights are mainly from Gatwick
and Manchester on Saturdays, Sundays,
Mondays and Wednesdays; with one Heathrow
flight on Sunday. More details and links to travel agencies and budget
airlines specialising in Preveza and Athens flights can be found by clicking HERE.

If empty charter seats are
available, it is possible to fly direct from Preveza to the UK. Up to
date availability can be obtained from Athos
Travel. Click HERE for
details.
Athens
is another good possibility. Seats with airlines like EasyJet
can be VERY cheap. British Airways can also offer very good special offers and
have a direct daytime flight to Athens from Birmingham, as well as Heathrow
and Gatwick (click
HERE). When you arrive in Athens you can spend a little time
there or travel straight to Lefkas by Internal Olympic flight to Preveza, or
take a bus or taxi (about 5 - 6 hours). Between three or four people a taxi can
work out a lot cheaper than flying into Preveza by charter - and you also have
the flexibility to stay as many days as you want, unlike a package holiday.

Sometimes, scheduled airlines
offer very good prices from regional airports into Athens if you fly via a hub
such as Frankfurt or Amsterdam. You have to change, but it saves you the time
and expense of travelling to Gatwick or Manchester. Go to the
Welcome Abroad website and check their Online Scheduled Flights Availability.

The flights
below are provisional. There may be
some changes before and during the summer, so please confirm with the tour
operators or airlines concerned. Most of these flights are shared by a number of tour
operators, so if you can't find a seat with one tour operator try another.
Alternatively, go to a specialist travel agent.
